• 16th of December for First class and Tracked 24

• 17th of December for Special delivery guaranteed

If you would like me to use a different service then please get in touch first so that I can work out the postage costs for you.  

 

If you wish to return an item, I am happy to exchange it or offer a refund (minus the postage costs). It must be in the same condition as when it was sent and you will have to cover the return postage costs.

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns for any earrings so please be certain before you purchase them.

If any items are damaged then I will gladly repair, replace them or give a refund depending on the situation.            

If you do wish to return an item, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery so that I can resolve this for you.

 

For our glass course vouchers and any unique pieces please allow up to 5 working days for delivery in the UK and up to 12 working days for delivery outside the UK.

For all other items please allow up to 8 working days for delivery within the UK and 15 working days for delivery outside the UK. I will always send the items as soon as possible and they will often be delivered in half the stated time.
